Use WASD to move. Holding down click will turn your torch on. The torchlight can stun the enemy that's coming for you but be warned: the enemy is faster than ever. There are 2 new special abilities that are both one off. One lets you see the enemy for 5 seconds and the other lets you teleport anywhere on the map. The keys for them are space bar and the 1 key, respectively. You can hear heartbeats if the enemy is close enough to you.
