Version 1.1: Removed the old game over screen and added 11 new ones. Version 1.2: Temporarily replaced the 11 game over screens with a Minecraft themed one. Version 1.3: Removed the Minecraft themed game over screen, and re-added the 11 other game over screens. Version 1.3.1: Bug fixes.
