Welp, we have another Dover that was modded, but this time by an OTIS Series 1 from the later 80's. There are 2 elevators in the complex, as this one is found as the main elevator. I hope EOWS 115 will see this one, because it runs quite smooth up and down.
The Dover was heavily vandalized 3 years after installation, and the controller broke down in '84, so that's why it was modded. Credits to @Jon5432, @abhi-iyer, and @LIFTWONG
