THIS IS FOR A CHARTER TO PLAY!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- as of right now the vs Inky mod has zero charting, but it has everything it needs to make a playable chart, I'm just not smart enough to match the beats to the notes, therefore I need an actual charter to do it for me, the charter will be credited in the final build - If you are a charter, go to the READ sprite, and you should eventually be able to figure out the charting, it should be straight forward enough. -There are no unique mechanics (yet, but may still be in plans)
