Powers ========== Powers come from the soul/personality your oc is based off of. Some instances where the Terror people were a user they can use a corrupted version of it. For the terror they use their hatred or fears from their past to build themselves powers. If you're able to master your power enough you get an ultimate. Some ultimate can be a single move, a domain, or a boost of your power. Your oc must be an expert of your power to be able to master it.
