(OOC): not much an ARG, but you can treat it as one. I'll be archiving/continuing these under @ShadedArchivist (IC): I found this while exploring an old Foundation building. I cleaned it up a bit, but I could only recover the video, so I just translated it as best I could and dubbed it over with text to speech. I'll do some research on the subjects mentioned, and I'll probably make a new project on them, as well as those artificial anomalies mentioned? I didn't even know that was possible.
