Chapter 1: Cascadekit woke up, feeling Pondkit's paw over her muzzle. She opened her blue eyes, gazing over at the tom. "Hi, Pondkit," She mewed, still half awake, her eyes stinging, "Why did you wake me up?" Pondkit tilted his head slightly. "It's our ceremony today." He replied. Hearing that sentence, energy rushed through Cascadekit's body. She jumped up, under the yellow sky painted high above. Cascadekit walked along the edges of the melted snow, ice cold water splashing on her. It soaked in her fur, as if a cat had thrown ice at her. The two kits slowly walked out of the nursery, thinking about the new world they had never seen. +Chapter 2+ "ALL CATS STRONG ENOUGH TO SNEAK THROUGH THE SNOW OF POLARCLAN, COME HERE FOR A CLAN MEETING!" Lionstar yowled, at the top of the Nightrock. He formally bowed in front of all the cats, looking at them. "We have an arrival of six new apprentices. Cascadekit, Pondkit, Snowkit, Pearlkit, Leafkit, and Flowerkit, you have all reached the age of six moons, and it is time for you to become apprentices. Cascadekit, you shall now be known as Cascadepaw. Your mentor shall be Starrywind. Pondkit, you shall now be known as Pondpaw. Your mentor shall be Flamingtree. Snowkit, you shall now be known as Snowpaw, your mentor shall be Dappled'ear. Pearlkit, you shall now be known as Pearlpaw, your mentor shall be Sandyocean.
