fellas i found a thing to do with the golden ratio this is another thing that could potentially be in my giant smart draw project it's name comes from the golden ratio, aka phi, aka ϕ the way this shape is drawn is that first you draw a golden rectangle, the ratio of it's sides is ϕ(1.618033..) : 1, that's the big yellow rectangle then you draw some squares that fit inside it, shown in cyan then you draw 1/4 of a circle in all of the squares to make a golden spiral, shown in purple (this is a massive oversimplification, you have to calculate the side length of each square and where the origin of the 1/4 circles are) Edits: -May 18, 2024 evening: it loops now and spiral is purple instead of magenta -May 18, 2024 aftnoon: 2 views :) -May 18, 2024 noon: made slight tweaks with custom blocks and the tracer -May 18, 2024 noon: project uploaded
