About/info: Name: Hylocereus (Hylo for short) Gender: Female Sexuality: Unknown Likes: Tropical fruit , reading , computer gaming , drawing and writing. Dislikes: 3+ hour board games , platformers , shooter games ,and football. Type: White Dragon fruit dragon (a species of Vitadraco) Dragon Fruit character currently owned by @AKIKITTY Vitadracos and Ignisdracos are from no canon and completely invented by me (@Coralcat77) I've just realized I've spent an hour writing the story
Lol, I decided I hated the previous art and re-did it Hylo was one of the last of her species , The Ignisdracos (Fire dragons) had polluted the atmosphere to help themselves but had not given even the slightest thought to the Vitadracos (Life dragons). The sweltering heat and volcanic wasteland had taken a toll on the number of Vitadracos alive. The world was once full of verdant rainforests and lush grasslands fertilized by volcanic ash. But then the Ignisdracos got greedy , they wanted the world to themselves, so they burnt down the green woodlands until all that was left was flame. Hylocereus woke up sweltering. The air had the scent of smoke and ash specked the sky. She had woken up to this her entire life and thought nothing of it. She lazily wandered across to the breakfast table. "Good morning Hylo" greeted Coruscare, her adopted brother, "What would you like for breakfast" he continued "Maybe pancakes" she replied "Ok" he answered "These are delicious" she exclaimed "Thank you" he mumbled "Maybe we should explore" Hylo suggested, now wide awake. "Sure" he responded. They glided swiftly down the slope with extreme ease. Suddenly, she spotted an opening to a cave. "What is in there" she wondered aloud "Maybe we should go in" she quibbled" "Why not" whispered Coruscare Flying into the cave , the most glorious sight awaited them. The cave hade soft ,red spikey leaves covering the floor , dragonfruits hung from the ceiling , the walls mint green. "WOW" she cried. Sorry for all the Latin words Hylocereus is part of the scientific name for a dragonfruit. Coruscare means to sparkle of glitter. vitadraco means life dragon , ignisdraco means fire dragon. I'm happy to help if you do not know what the other words mean , or just look it up in a dictionary. >:C
