5/20: during 2 lunch I saw my ex the one who um r-ped me, he was in the same classroom as me and my friends- I just felt sick as soon as he entered the room. my friends kept trying to talk to me but I shut down, I froze and it felt like he's hands were all over me again I didn't know what to do. It just felt like every time he r-ped me was happening again and again in that moment. I just wanted to run out of the room or go to the bathroom but I didn't want him to look or see me. I was so scared and parleyed mental.
