The Chaser Prologue May 3st, 2007, It was my first time in the mega pizza plex, the place was huge, wow I wonder how big this place actually is, Oh look, there’s the… I struggle to read it “Superstar Daycare…” I read aloud, Huh, interesting… I didn’t know what to think of the place, but I was only seven back then, so I didn’t know much to be honest, it was my first time, my older sister, Layla worked there, and one day she decided to bring me with her, because our parents both had work that day, because of that Layla decided to be a good sister, so she brought me to work that day. Chapter 1: I was walking around in the pizza-plex, Just like I remember. It was nice and clean thanks to the cleaner bots and surprisingly it almost looked brand spanking new, when I first walked into the place, it was as if I was in a video game, there was music blasting out from all over the place, the smell of cotton candy, pizza, popcorn, and just about every junk food ever, there were neon lights, and the place was packed with people as usual when the place first opened everyone was eager to check it out, and soon the place became an attraction for all to see. The animatronics were quite hard to describe, there were a lot of them, and most of them were greeting the kids, except for one, or two I should say Sunrise and Moondrop, the two Daycare attendants. They shared a body, why?? I don’t know, but did I care, no… As I went through the doors to the daycare. It was just like I remembered, just as any other daycare would look but something about it felt special, though I didn’t really know what it was that made it seem like that, it gave me a few to none for some flashbacks of when I was first at the daycare, then just as I was about to say something, Sunrise came over. Him and Moon are… they’re odd creatures, mostly the two looked like what their namesakes were. They both had bells on the tips of their shoes and wrists, though Moon had an extra one on his starry cap or whatever he calls it, Sun on the other hand has rays on his head, hence the name, Moon had stars on his pants and Sun had stripes, they both had the same sort of shoes, except Sun had sun’s on both sides and Moon obviously had crescent moon’s on his. Both of their skirts were red with a yellow stripe near the ends, they both had these sort of almost frilly like collars, Moon’s was blue and yellow, and Sun’s was Red and yellow. Sun had more of a calmer temperament while Moon had a um, more of a really just the opposite of Sun, though he could be calm at times but he has, some um, issues according to Sun. Not your average daycare attendant. “Hello Sam, what are you doing in the daycare?” he asked me, “Oh, I’m just chilling in the pizza-plex, Mind if I hang here, I could probably help out with the kids.” I said back to Sun, “Um Sure!!! I would love the extra help, thanks!” He shot back, “No problem.” I said. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to the Daycare. Last time I was in the pizza-plex was at the fazcade with my friends, Jordan, Colton, Andrew, and Liam. So I was just hanging out with Sun, when all of a sudden the lights went off, “Greeeat, the power went off, luckily the kids already went home, because it’s only my turn today to be out”, I overheard Sun say, “Hey Sam!” he said while smiling, “Yeah, what Sun?” I asked him back, “Make sure Moon doesn’t do anything stupid while he’s out because of the power outage!”, “Ok.” he asked me in a sorta odd way, “Yeah I can, Sun” I shot back, “Thanks.” he said thankful. “No problem” I said back at him. A few seconds later Moondrop came out. He looked around quite confused, I bet he was probably wondering why he was out, since of most likely from what I overheard Sun say, I waved at Moon, he saw me and waved back, “Hey Sam,” he said then paused for a few seconds, “Why exactly am I out right now, it’s Sun’s turn to be out.” he asked me confused like heck, “Oh, because the power went out, that’s why”. His glowing red eyes stared at me with a weird look in his eyes. I decided to go explore and walk around the pizza-plex, I was surprised to see that the other animatronics were all in their quarters/places that are theirs. Roxanne was in Roxy’s Raceway, Monty was in Gator Golf, Chica was as usual in the kitchen, or practically wherever there’s food, and Freddy was in Fazer Blast. I was wandering around when I came across Andrew, “Hey Sam, whatcha doing?” He asked me, “Oh, um I’m just hanging out here, how bout you?” I asked, he shot back at me, “Oh, nice.” “I’m just hanging out here,” he said. I went on my own way wandering.
Chapter 2: A few hours later I went back to the daycare. As I went back there, when I went into the daycare, Moon wasn’t in his usual spot. That’s when I felt his hands touch my torso, he grabbed me, pulled me up into the air and put his hands over my mouth, and then he wrapped his legs around me and put his other hand over my eyes. I was terrified, then all of a sudden I fell asleep. I woke up but realized I was in a lucid dream: I was in a state of unconsciousness, then I woke up in a star-lit room, Moon had a hold of me and I struggled to move, then he gripped my wrists, I screamed as loud as I could. He looked at me with a pleased sinister look on his face, I was half scared to death, then he let go of my wrists then gripped my mouth and started to push on my lips to make me smile. I felt my lips being stretched to the point where I felt like they were going to split in the middle of my mouth, “STOP!!” I shouted. Moon stopped, then started to toy with me. “Hello Sam…” he said, the way he said it terrified me, it wasn’t his usual voice, it sounded evil. He looked at me with the most evil smile on his face. It was like he was a different person, then he let go of my lips and grabbed me feet and hung me upside down. For a second I felt like blood was rushing to my head. I felt like I was going to pass out, but then all of the sudden he just looked at me with the weirdest look on his face. Then all of the sudden I woke up from my lucid dream. Moon had me chained up to a chair, I tried to move but I couldn’t, then all of the sudden I was back at the daycare, and then I saw Moon, he was just staring at me. Then all of the sudden he just fell… He fell to the ground, without warning. So I decided to walk up to him, then Sun came bursting out of the daycare frantically, “No!” “No!” “Sam, get away from him!” He said as if something bad was going to happen. Then as soon as Sun was about to pull me back away from him, Moon grabbed me and Sun attempted to pull me away from Moon, for a second or two I felt like my limbs were going to snap off my body, Sun tried to get a good hold on me but Moon wouldn’t let go. When I looked at Moon he had this lifeless look in his eyes… Sun immediately first looked at Moon then looked at me. What the heck is happening right now?? I was so confused, then all of the sudden Sun just let go of me, and ran as fast as he could. Moon just went completely still, I was half scared to death. He let go of me so I ran, trying to get away from him. I ran into the daycare, and up the stairs towards the balcony. When I got up there, I saw Sun. I ran towards him in fear, I sped over towards him and stopped at his side, “Oh um… Hey Sam…” he said while laughing nervously, “Hey Sun…” I said back just as nervous. Chapter 3: I was sitting on Sun’s bed. A few minutes later he went to go and check on Moon. He took quite a while, it was like what I think was an hour or two. While I was waiting for Sun to come back, I noticed this gold colored thing on Sun’s nightstand, I reached over to grab it and when I looked at it there was writing on it. It said this (My Secret Diary). I thought about opening it and reading it, and guess what, I did. Date: 5-2-24 Dear Diary, Today was an eventful day. It was 11:00 o-clock, and It was Me and Moon’s day off. We usually don’t get that many days off, so me and him took advantage of today… Most of today was just us hanging out as brothers. When all of a sudden Moon passed out, and Killcode came out and wreaked havoc all over, but luckily Moon was able to get back in control…… I heard Sun, coming back so I shut the diary and put it back. Well it was who I thought was Sun when it was actually just my friend Andrew. “Andrew, you scared me, I thought you were Sun!” I said startled “Oh, Sorry Sam, I didn't mean to scare you!” he said, shocked and embarrassed. A few minutes later he left and Sun came in carrying Moon in his hands. Why is he holding Moon?? Huh I don’t know, and I don’t really care either… I got up off the bed, because I saw Sun coming over towards the bed, he set Moon down and then plugged something into him, I don’t know what it was, and I didn’t care either. I was just sitting there on the floor watching what Sun was doing. A few minutes later Sun sat on the bed and sighed. “What are you doing?” I asked Sun but he didn’t respond. I don’t know why he didn’t respond but I didn’t mind. He’s been like this for a while… Again, I don’t know why. There's a lot of things about Sun that I’ve either forgotten or I don’t know about him. Then a few minutes later Sun had responded, “Um, I'm just, um…” he sighed for a straight up minute, he just seemed sort of off. A few minutes later Sun looked at me and sighed. I asked Sun what was wrong but he didn’t answer. He can sometimes be strange. Chapter 4: A few hours later after an intense session with Sun, the lights turned off as usual and Moon came out.
