Watch the bat and parrot take up territories on a starry starry night. How to make a "Restart" button work? 1) Select/Create/Upload a sprite for "Play Again"; 2) Add to broadcast Message1 when everything's done; 3) Add scripts to the "Play Again" sprite so it: a) Hide when the green flag is clicked; b) Show when Message1 is broadcasted; c) Broadcast Message2 when the sprite is clicked upon; d) Hide again when Message2 is broadcasted; 4) Copy necessary scripts to attach to the Event block "When I receive 'Message2'" so everything happens again when users click upon the "Play Again" sprite; 5) Please see inside for details (but changing backdrops is not necessary). -Learning to use the pen tool. -Used "Pick Random" block for pen color, pen size, pen shade, and turn degrees. -Searched in Scratch for keywords like 'pen color' to get a meaningful range of the values: *pen color [0-199]; *pen size [0-250]; *pen shade [0-100]; *turn degrees [0-360]. -Credits to Scratch. -Added the "Play Again" button to this game. -Wondering why there's sometimes residual color from last run. -Thanks to Robert for your suggestion on adding a second sprite to the animation.
