Growing up, it could sometimes feel like I didn't have a lot of control over my daily life. Often my meals, activities, even what I wore (I had a school uniform at one point in school) were decided for me. One of the things that I always felt empowered to make my own was my room. I was able to arrange the furniture how I wanted, set the color scheme, decide what went on the walls, etc. Everything was exactly as I wanted it to be, which made me feel really happy. Inspired by how being in control of my personal space made me feel, I thought it would be fun to make a project where you could change various elements of a room.
