Badly maintained, voice does not work. Also almost-non-working indicator. Buttons do not lit and bell does not work. Only original lift from when the centre was built. This lift has a 24 hour service line with Orona since main bell does not work. To operate, passengers must press a yellow button on one of the sides on the wall. On the lobbies you can see original floor signage, walls and flooring from when the centre first opened. This lift will soon be replaced into a Jacksons as of 31/12/2024. IT’S OFFICIALLY A JACKSONS!! All Jackson’s done is just changed everything but the lift car. Also Jackson’s got the lift floor numbering incorrect on the indicator so Level 12 is G and Parking Level 13 is 1. Also got rid of the Orona alarm. They couldn’t be bothered to replace the motor and the lift car as well as the door motor and the lift buttons, so it is still a Keighley in some shape of form.
