The wind swirled around her and the world went black. Emma woke up curled in a dark corner. She didn't know where she was . The room was dark and no one was in it. Not a single piece of furniture was in the room and Emma didn't dare speak a word. There was a note on the floor which said: 'You know where you are. 'A raven flew in through the single window, bringing with it a blast of icy wind. She suddenly knew exactly where she was: Raven City. The city of darkness. Of birds. Of doom. (or so she had heard.) Now the only question was, how to get out. What would she do… Emma could climb out of course. That was the easiest option, but what about a rope? She contemplated in silence for a second, and then decided to jump. This wasn't safe in the first place, though Isabella. Why did Emma run away? What was with her today? She kept going through Raven City, though the people stared at her with their bony faces and shadowed eyes. She wasn't like them. Her brown,wavy hair blew in the icy wind. Wind, she thought. This isn't safe for Emma. She began to run. Isabella saw Emma fly through the air. Isabella sighed. Emma wasn't going to realize what would happen when magic was discovered in the royal family was she. Isabella sighed, she wasn't. But Isabella would. Emma saw Izzy's glare. As usual, Izzy the smart genius twin, meanwhile Emma, the impulsive twin. People were starting to stare. She looked down. This was very very dumb, but anyways. She just wanted an adventure, out of the castle's walls, where she was confined without magic. Why, why was this her life? She wished she could be someone else, just for a day, just for fun. Maybe Izzy. What did Izzy think of her? Did Izzy think she was dumb? Oh well, Emma decided not to care. People looked at her funny now. She wanted to disappear. She also wanted that jewel, but it was too late for that. Izzy grabbed her wrist and signed at her. >Why are you here< Everybody was staring. Izzy started doing something and they were back at the palace. >I wanted the jewel< Emma signed. >I don't care< Isabella signed angrily. > I wanted a peaceful weekend and look at what you've done.<
Story Notes This is about two twins (Emma and Isabella(Izzy)) who sneak away from their palace to go on an adventure. It goes desparetly wrong so yeah.
