Kinda old sprite art/animation for the final bossfight of Deltarune Chapter 3. Yeah, I made Mike the TV guy, but I have reasons trust *Really loud inhale* The lore is Mike was a pretty average Darkner who used a TV helmet type item he found because it acted kind of like a weaker Shadow Crystal for him and gave him some more power, and he was the one who called Spamton over the phone and gave him tips to improve his company, advertising his products over the TV. However, one day, Tenna, or the remote in the Light World, took control of him and blocked his access to Spamton (or changed the channel whatever floats your boat), and took control of him because that's what TV remotes do. Prior to this, Mike was a popular gameshow host under the television company TennaVision. Other members of TennaVision such as certain Shadowmen, Elnino and Elnina, and a couple of other characters followed Tenna over Mike in order to obtain more money and status, forming an unnoficial government for the TV world known amongst themselves as the Stage Crew. So basically the Stage Crew, run by Tenna, controls the TV world, and they try to stop the players as Tenna knows the empire he's built is cooked if they close the Dark Fountain. Originally, Mike is introduced as the villain, putting the party through a Mettaton-esque quiz show, but you get three lives, and running out of lives will cause nothing to happen. Mike will awkwardly leave if he loses, and leave laughing if he wins. Eventually, NPCs will explain that his show is run by TennaVision, and Tenna eventually makes an appearance. The two continuously put the players through more deadly challenges in an attempt to kill them, and, once you get to the final area, the TennaVision Tower, NPCs will explain that Mike is controlled by Tenna, so the party decides to help him. Tenna goes over the intercom in this area in order to screw up your gameplay as much as possible, and fight you as a last-ditch effort once you reach the top. During this fight, Susie throws Kris or Ralsei (You can choose every turn) at Mike's head. Doing this enough will cause one of his antennae to bend, and he thanks the party, letting them close the dark fountain. He then pushes tenna off the side of the building. In Castle Town, Tenna is imprisoned with King and Mike is waiting for a room alongside Queen. Tenna and King become friends and so do Mike and Queen so it's a happy ending yayyy etc. Mike also offers extra dialogue about his backstory with Spamton if you have the Dealmaker or Puppet Scarf. There also is a part of the game where you can exchange any amount of money for Kromer which is only accepted in like 2 shops in Chapter 3 and then never again and it's advertised as the 'currency of the future' and you can't exchange kromer for dark dollars after. I am both impressed and flattered if you read all of that.
Istg the Tenna sprite was better before Scratch compressed the quality beyond recongition.
