Just try to make as many clones as you can by bumping the cats. Use the mouse to spread Disease. ( you may need to click to spread disease) Disease It is super laggy, so I recommend to just have this tab open.
I got the Idea from @superkittyginny. Note: The diseased cats make clones and get sick if they touch the OG sick cat also if they touch the edge.
