The pain relief medicine is for my stomach because I always felt nauseous, and my stomach hurting after all also i'm in the month where i'm at the time for it (If I'm hoping yk, if the girls know..) Anxiety/depression or mental health help or tips: -Drink water -draw something that can make you happy or calm -Deep breaths -watch a calming video or a video makes you happy or laugh. -Short/long naps -Open up or talk to close relatives/friends(ex; mom, dad, sibling, best friend, cousin, auntie/uncle.).
