*Officially finished! --NOTE-- The music isn't rock (look at description below to understand), but I like the it. --MAIN DESCRIPTION-- Using some of Drago's physical characteristics to create this character that is usually found listening to rock music or on his phone. (Obviously) I also tried to make my art similar to @dragoblade2019's, so that he doesn't have much trouble fixing my OC.
