Paragraph explaning why the Moon does this: The Moon Orbits around the Earth, and the Earth rotates, so the moon starts to look smaller or bigger. It looks like this from the Earth's perspective, when really the Moon is staying the same as it always is. This creates the many phases that we see when gazing upon the night sky.
