Chapter one: Cyrus opened his eyes. He yawned. “What time is it..,” he grumbled to himself. He looked over at his alarm clock to see that it was 6:30 AM. He sat up fast, knowing he would be late if he didn’t hurry. He quickly got dressed and Cyrus then ate his breakfast. “What are you doing today, sweetie?” Asked his mother. “I dunno,” replied Cyrus. He then grabbed his backpack and walked out to the door to the bus stop. On the bus, he there were no open seats except one: the one by the bully. Sighing, he sat down. “Hey loser,” said the bully, Aaron. “What do you want??” grumbled Cyrus. Aaron smirked. “Nothing, right now.” Cyrus was surprised, but he was also kinda happy that he didn’t have to deal with Aaron. As he got to school, he saw a bunch of rainbows everywhere. He then remembered it was pride month.
