~T-O-X-I-C ~ (Formally mint) Sea-rain hybrid Assassin He-him Six-ish ~~~~~~~ Backstory~ When he was only a dragonet he lived in the rainforest unlike others he knew his mom. One day a sea-wing appeared in the rainforest and tried to claim Toxic as his son, Toxic didn’t end up going with the seawing (err because of the gill problem) and the other RainWings had taunted him a lot because he was a hybrid. Toxic ended up leaving the rainforest and becoming an assassin (one way of him getting his anger out) and the last thing his victims would see is a few glowing scales flowing around but no seawing. ~~~~~~~ So yes Toxic can’t change his scales but he can turn invisible, he tried to get his word out by leaving his “business card” near the victim.
