Notes: Art: Icon ~ I like this one, i made this first, before I decided to add hair, it’s cute, but I didn’t really have a good direction of personality or anything. Time: 1 hour and 19 minutes Capybara Sticker ~ This one is cute! This is the latest one I made, I tried to convey a lot of care for her capybara in this one. Time: 1 hour exactly Reference Sheet: I love this a lot, I added a capybara tattoo on her back, this shows off the aspects of her design I changed, most were small, but big ones included making her anthro and giving her hair! Time: 1 hour and 41 minutes Animation: I love love love this animation, i’m very proud of myself with this. I’ve never been good at backgrounds or animation so this was great practice! Time: 2 hours and 6 minutes What I’ll be using this character for: I’ll be using this for a story i’ve been working on for a while, it revolves around Figi, one of my ocs, who is a yokai, the entire story is about how Figi wants to live in the human world, despite how incredibly dangerous it is. Also it’d be very nice to make a vtuber out of this! I’ve made pngtubers before and I want to start making vtubers aswell. Bio: Mikan She/her Herding Dog Spirit Hard working, level headed, and usually quiet. Now for the backstory: Mikan maintains her grandfathers spirit hot springs and inn on a big mountain, and takes care of guests along with her grandfather. The only guests are spirits/yokai. Many many years ago, she had an older brother, who was incredibly foolish, he had fallen in love with a human girl. He had sent her many letters, all signed with ‘your admirer’. He traveled down the mountain to the village to confess one day, which led to the villagers to riot and chase him up the mountain, viewing him as a monster. He died, along with Mikan’s mother, father, and grandmother. Her grandfather fled with her, they hid in a cave with other spirits who fled as well, doing their best to provide comfort. They returned back home after two weeks, to find it in ashes. Thankfully, the other spirits who hid with them helped rebuild it, they visit often now.
