Blade Storm: allows you to shoot 3x (or 2x if to OP (you can still reduce it further if needed)) as fast as normal and shoot in a 22.5 degree (or 45 if its to weak) cone randomly for 15 seconds. i just realized I didn't need to name it because it will just be "knight doodle power up" or something anyways.
