Use Q and E to zoom. Use the number keys to spawn objects. Click to move abjects around and press right and left arrow keys to spin them. Press space to pause. Press L to toggle showing springs. Press F to toggle showing frame. This uses a video by Walaber Entertainment on youtube explaining how soft body sims work. It's not perfect though. If I change the settings too much, then everything starts freaking out. So all objects are weak and not very stiff.
