1. just because your in a higher position does NOT make you a better person. don't EVER make someone feel that way. don't act like the ONLY boss. be mature and do your job. 2. if you don't get your form accepted then we are very sorry ^__^ don't complain or get upset </3 you have a bigger opportunity in the future! :D 3. ALWAYS ALWAYS enforce drama whenever you are active. NEVER be the one to cause it nor be the one to encourage it. 4. act like a manager. be a moderator. we want this community to STAY respectful. so do your job! 5. don't say "sorry your breaking the rules" as a manager. its as if you are apologizing to the for breaking the rules. sometimes being a strict manager can lead this community to success. don't ALWAYS sugercoat things but try making things a bit more strict. 6. being a manager is NOT about the status. its about helping the community grow. when you get promoted it may be an exciting thing something to be excited about. but we also ask that you also advertise our community in place where our community might spread :D 7. being a manager is a HARD task and we want you to remember that. sometimes even when you ask, a curator sometimes never listens. and you get backlash and its all just a never ending thing. this is why we ask that all of our managers KNOW how to deal things :) it can also be very fun <3 be sure to balance this job when you are a manager.
