In the Treaty of Naxum, Naxum gains the territory it took, and gains a (mostly) free puppet-hood of Alatri. Alatri takes the territory it took and a bit of southern territory. The New German Democratic Republic is to still be (mostly) independent, but is now a puppet of Alatri. Their military is significantly decreased and they are prevented from declaring war on someone for 15 years. NGDR elections are also to be closely watched by Alatri to make sure they uphold free democratic standards.
