Bedtimes: (weekdays) 0-4 - 7:00 5-7 - 7:30 (u need the best sleep) 8-10 - 8:30 11-12 - 9pm - 9:30 (only if u need to finish hmw or a project due the next day) 13- 17 - 10pm - 11pm 18+ - anytime, just get a healthy amount of sleep Bedtimes (weekends): *saturday* 0-4 - aint no way u gon sleep past 8:30 (unless ur newborn its different lol) 5-8 - 10pm max ig 9-12 - 11pm 13+ - u can sleep as late as u want and u can sleep in <3 *sunday* Normal weekday times! Devices: 0-4 - stick to ur toys lol 5-7 - maybe my phone 8-12 - iPad and MAYBE a phone but only for school and nothing else 13-15 - anything rlly but there is screen time limit to 10pm 16+ - anything as long as you dont get on social media 24/7 LOL Makeup: 0-7 - those kiddy lip balms and NOTHING else 8-12 - only at special occasions like weddings or sm and its only some lip gloss and a tiny bit of mascara 13-14- u need to live ur childhood before you enter full adulthood so im restricting u to lip gloss and curling ur lashes maximum 3 times a week 15- 16- +mascara 17-18- clean girl makeup Grades: A-A++- YARSSS if u keep it up u will get a big present! Bs-B+- fantasic, however, you can revise more so you get As and above! Cs- u need to spend a lot of time revising... Ds and under- what on earth?!
