Welcome to my SAC folder! Explanations of each drawing can be found below. 1. Daily 6/2. Create 5 drawings in the style of a sticker sheet For my sticker sheet I decided to do some lyrics from some songs that I really like! I’d honestly love to print these out and have them as actual stickers. The lyrics on each are “apollo showed me the sun, told me not to fly too close”, “You are my favorite kind of glow”, “and I pray to blades of grass to find forgiveness in the weeds”, "for fun they watch A TV SHOW CALLED EARTH”, and “I wanna be soft as a single stone in a rainstick”. (They’re so pixelated, sobbing) 2. Daily 6/3. Redraw an old piece of art Original is from January 2021, and is my very first piece of digital art! Lots of improvement but I’m still not very happy with how the redraw turned out. 3. Daily 6/5. Try a new art medium I tried some oil pastels! I haven't used them for probably 7+ years. It turned out okay, but I'm not entirely sure how to use them. 4. Daily 6/6. Use 3 randomly generated colors to make a drawing This was harder than I expected- 5. Daily 6/10. Draw a character smiling because of an emotion other than happiness I tried to go for contempt? The mouth started out looking like a smile, but once I added the rest of the face it started to look different. Oh well. I tried? 6. Daily 6/13. Draw something with both hands Oh boy oh boy this did not go well. 7. Weekendly 6/15 - 6/16. Make a terrarium with objects that represent you My 97 words: In my terrarium, my 5 hidden objects were a paintbrush, a magnifying glass, a page from a book, an eye, and a bandana. The paintbrush represents my love of art and how I'm trying to improve my acrylic painting skills. The magnifying glass represents my ambitions to work in law enforcement and combat crime. The book page represents my love of reading. The eye represents a podcast I like (Welcome to Night Vale), but it also generally represents how deep I can get into media that I like. Finally, the bandana is one of my favorite accessories. 8. Daily 6/26. Draw the inside of your mind My mind is often very cluttered and doesn’t feel like there’s much that’s clear in there.
