This is the first GGTKEO project. [ Transcript of text in project, for accessibility purposes. I won't put everyone's answers in this transcript, so please ask me if there is an answer from a particular user that you want to see. // Thumbnail / First Backdrop Image ID : // Twelve thick rounded lines arranged to create a rainbow, the largest line red, and the smallest, purple. The arrangement is as follows, getting increasingly smaller; red, black, orange, black, yellow, black, green, black, blue, black, and purple, with a small black oval after the purple. It is set on a black background, and in big white capital letters is the phrase "GGTKEO" at the top of the image. End ID // ] [\||/] Welcome to the GGTKEO Positivity Project, and thanks for taking the time to stop by !! [\||/] I'm Charlie, and I organised this activity. [\||/] This project is based off of the results of the Gaehivians Get To Know EachOther activity, a community-building activity, which Gaehivians signed up for, where, using a randomiser, they were paired up with another Hivian, and told to get to know eachother. You can find more information about the activity here: https://scratch.mit.edu/studios/35057201/comments [\||/] I waited around three weeks, dropping reminders here and there for Gaehivians to check in with their partners, and then asked for one or more positive or interesting thing[s] that the Gaehivian I had asked had learnt about their assigned partner. [\||/] Around 100 Gaehivians signed up for this event ! When asked about their partners [ "What did you learn about them ? Any cool stuff ?" ( were asked for at least one thing ) ] here's what the Gaehivians said: ------------------------------------------------------------------------ [\||/] [ Please note, inclusion of answers in this project was and still is optional, therefore some answers have been excluded due to individual Gaehivian preference, If you want your answer removed, let me know. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- [\||/] Altogether, I think the community-building activity was a success. If you participated in it, I hope you enjoyed it, and that you learnt something about a Gaehivian, or maybe you formed a new friendship. [\||/] Let me know if you have any questions or feedback, or if you'd like your answer removed from the project. [\||/] I'll probably run this again, with manager permission, let me know if you'd like to be notified when I run the next one. [\||/] Love, Charlie.
[\||/] Thankyou to Xen @braxenberry for helping organise randomised teams.
