Desolan is a Dimiditor who lives in the desert. He yields the power of controlling snakes as a hivemind, so he can basically create structures out of snakes. He can do this using his staff. He cannot speak, but he can arrange his snakes in pictures or letters to communicate. He lives inside of his cave with his snakes, and likes to be left in solitude. Not only can he control the snakes, he can see what individual snakes are seeing and use them as spy cameras in a way.
