Today, June 6th, 2024, marks the 80th anniversary of the Allied Landings at Normandy, France. These landings were to liberate and stop and defeat the evil German Nazis in World War 2. On the morning of June 6th, 156,000 brave men stormed the beaches of Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword. The result was Allied victory, but there many losses and casualties, including 4,414 Allied deaths and more than 5,000 wounded. I have drawn some outlines and art of some of the many soldiers that fought on D-Day. I hope you can be as appreciative and thankful as I am today. Thank you to the bravest men ever known to man, we wouldn't have freedom without you guys.
The greatest generation ever The Allies Scratch - I have also been working on a WWII fps game, updates soon.
