k so convert the wav into an mp3 (I use media.io) then go to mp3cut.net and make it so you aren't actually cutting anything off of the audio (so the whole thing is highlighted) and then download it as mr4 or whatever that filetype is and then figure out how to do the ringtone onto your phone thingy because of different phones and whatnot.
