Rtech is sending out aid to West Mersiva. Rumors of a invasion of West Mersiva by imperialistic SATO nations has lead the leaders of Rtech to give West Mersiva 19 soon to be phased out APCs, and and assortment of anti-aircraft weapons. The APCs are outfitted to be used as ambulances. Rtech does not seek to get involved any further, but rather wants the civilians of West Mersiva to be able to defend themselves from the harm of war. Medical supplies will be delivered if the need arises and the Rtech Red Cross stands ready to provide medical care to the civilians of West Mersiva.
