I was thinking that the monster's tongue could get people (cats) but it was a one-time use but if the previous cat was uncorrupted then it could be used again, And the eye is glowing to see in the dark, And the monster's mouth is foaming and if a cat touches the foam then that cat goes unconscious, but a special type of berry could make the cat conscious again. The berry could be called the Miracle Marionberry or something There is a prophecy where Riverkit at one point becomes evil by a shadow monster and if the creature isn’t stopped in time, the clans will be destroyed, the prophecy is, Your own kin shall have his mind corrupted from a monster of shadows he seeks, four mighty ones must fight and the one of corruption shall be freed, or if all fails the clans will fall. The shadow monster could be called The Two-Faced Shadow
