Her father (Stormclaw) left when she was born to move clans. Her brother was stillborn, but she has a sister (Hazelpounce) who protects her no matter what. She was always fascinated by herbs, and the previous medicine cat (Hunnypool) saw this, and knew that the clan was going to need another medicine cat soon because she was dying of old age. She asked Riverpaw if she wanted to be a medicine apprentice, and of course she said yes. After a few moons/years of training the medicine cat died and Riverpaw was made Rivertail by Starclan for her bravery. ⁜are you ok with me k!lling off your oc?
