A couple days ago, I had this idea stuck in my head... I really wanted to see Saxton Hale vs Senator Armstrong. I don't think anyone has made this a thing on Youtube or anywhere Online yet, so here this is. I used the "VCPS Madness Combat" artstyle again since I don't like arms. I was originally going to make this into an "Unlikely Rivals" Project, but I forgot that, like I said, nobody thinks about Saxton and Armstrong together, so..
