Chapter 5 I left the room and skipped Defense against the Dark arts and instead walked towards Dumbledore's office. I knew the password from when father entered. "Lemon Drop." I whispered. The stairway appeared and I made my way up it. "Aurora?" I heard a voice ask. I turned my head around to see Dumbledore. "What is it you are doing?" he asked. I hesitated but found a way to say, "I need to speak to the sorting hat." "Very well." He answered as he placed the sorting hat in my hands. "Eh what is it?" it asked. "Um, I was wondering which house I truly belong in." I said worriedly. The hat didn't speak for a moment and then he spoke, "You're a mix Aurora. You could belong in Gryffindor OR Slytherin." I thanked the hat and walked to the common room to wait there until class was over. The door to the common room opened and someone walked in. "Why is she so perfect?" I heard a voice ask. I turned my head to see who it was and I saw Draco. "Who?" I asked in concern. "Aurora!" He yelled at me. "Why can't you mind your own business for once!" he threw his books on the ground and stormed away. I felt upset that my own brother would insult me that way, after all that's just who he is.
