It features three different functions. Change Mode: Allows the user to transform into a galactic patrol gamma alien by using the transformation call: "GPG! Emergency!" Phone Mode: Allows the user to use the Galactic License for basic communications, allowing them to contact others or the GalacticBase, as well as summoning GalacticMachines. Judgement Mode: Allows the user to perform Judgement Time. It contacts the ultimate court in the universe for a judgement against the villains, either approving them guilty for deletion or approving them to be innocent before they are let free or to be held at the GalacticBase for further questioning.
