Luna sat in the train reading the train reading the Quibbler. Her expression was dreamy. Her blond hair was untied. "Mind if I sit here?" A girl with fiery red hair slid open the door. Her eyes were green like emeralds. "Sure!" Luna said, "I'm Luna Lovegood by the way. You?" The girl sat on the opposite seat of Luna "Ginny Weasley" the fiery-haired girl introduced. Weasley the name was familiar to Luna but she couldn't recall from where. "Lovegood? Aren't you my neighbor?" Luna's senses came tingling back. Ginny WAS her neighbor. "First time you've been to Hogwarts?" Luna asked politely. Hoping to start a friendly conversation. "Yes, but I've heard loads about it from my brothers, they say it's the best place they've ever been to." "How many siblings do you have?" Luna asked curiously. She hadn't talked in that tone since her mum died. "six," Ginny said grimly, "four of them still at Hogwarts. Bill and Charlie already graduated" Luna felt a pang of jealousy. She never had any siblings and with her mother dead and her father working 24/7, her life was pretty lonely. "How's life at your house like?" Ginny asked. Luna didn't say anything. She didn't want to tell Ginny about how alone she felt. Hoping for the family love that most people got. About the times when she felt guilty that it was her fault for her mother's death and that she didn't try to stop her from using the spell. Sure her father did love her. That was a fact, but he was always too busy to show it. A little tear stripped down Luna's face. She hid it instantly, not wanting to show Ginny how weak she can be, but it was too late, Ginny already spotted Luna's tear. "You know, we don't have to talk about it if you don't want to" Luna gave a small smile. They told stories about imaginary worlds and what the future holds for them for the rest of the train ride.
