i've slowly come to the realization that i'm not making the "drama" projects for a good reason anymore. i used to do it because i actually cared about the studio, but at this point, it just feels like a necessity. the studio has gotten so bad that i could probably make one every week. i know some of you might say, "but if it's not having an actual effect, just stop!!", which is completely reasonable. but the thing is that the OSC in general and specifically the SOSC/ROSS are important to me. it's the community where i made most of the friends i have today, and seeing it fall into disarray in the way that it is is upsetting. no, this is not a quitting or retirement project. i'm basically just yelling at the unresponsive void that is the manager team. to me, it's almost sad that a random curator is doing more than most of the managers are. i had originally thought that maybe with more people like loafy around, the community would get a bit better. but now that loafy's gone, it's basically just the wild west for people to do whatever they want until somebody (like me) says something. but even then, they get hate for saying something. this again brings me to loafy. all he did was do his job, and you got him banned for it. i know there are a lot of stupid newgen jokes, but seriously. most of the modern problems come from newer members. it's a lot of kids being dumb kids, and getting in trouble. they see their friends get in trouble and get mad, not even stopping to consider it was the friend's fault they got in trouble in the first place. it almost makes you wonder what wouldve happened if the ross hadn't been created, and we all moved to dinkbonk or youtube.
