Hello You Lovely Scratcher People! Welcome To The June Update!!! ----------- I'm thinking about switching accounts & starting over to start something fresh & new. This may or may not happen, but I do plan to switch to flipaclip. ------ Account Switching Effective: N/A Flipaclip: Effective June 14-15, 2024 ----------- WHAT IS FLIPACLIP?!!! Flipaclip is an app for animating that allows you to animate with more precisely & with more tools. Such As.. -onion skinning (actual onion skinning) -layers -and much more! I've "done my research" and it seems like this is the type of animating that suits me better than scratch does. Since its free I'm going to try it out for a little bit, and if I really do like it I'll continue using it. All of my animations will obviously be posted on scratch, but I will animate them on flipaclip. As for collabs, I will always animate them on scratch for your convenience. If you have any information you'd like to share with me I'd be happy to hear it!! I've Also Created Some Pros & Cons Pros -Could spark more interest -Easier To Animate -Bitmap but Better(You should learn bitmap before moving to Flipaclip, its not like vector :P) -You can animate on mobile, so wherever you go(needs internet btw) -less lag q(OoO)p -It is less pixelated than bitmap on scratch Cons -Has an annoying watermark that is illegal to remove + pretty hard to remove(unless you get the premium, but it isn't too expensive)(but is a small logo in the bottom left, so it isn't that bad) -to translate to Scratch it must be a gif(which isn't that bad) -there are ads (unless you get the premium) ----------- If you know anything about it feel free to share!!! ----------- Bye Lovely Scratcher People!
