A new blur effect I've made that make's it look like it's motion but in reality it's just a couple frames of animation with transitional blur so here's an example that I made using the Porky statue from MOTHER 3 (EarthBound 2). I'm actually thinking of putting this in a RPG game me and ConfusionCodes are working on. so yeah, enjoy
