Eve looked down at Seth, his face was blemished with tears. "Be good," She commanded softly in a rasping whisper. "I will." Relinquishing Seth's hand, and looking at the train before her, she let her lips curl up with impenetrable force, smiling at him. Eve probed into the train, hesitating and her mind heaved with reconsideration. Sitting down in a compartment, she relived all those memories. And as the train took on speed, she looked out the window to see her brother waving at her. She didn't progress to shift her hand. "I dislike this." That was a blunt lie, arched from the truth. Evanegline abhorred this. No one bothered to sit with her. Her best friend, Constance was far, conversing with another lass, Raven. Eve wasn't affectionate to Raven, based on their lack of conviviality.
