Sorry its not a great poem, but I hope you like it. Can I vent? Since probably no ones reading this, I'll just go ahead. So, my friend group has been kind of rocky recently and so this story is a few different events smashed into one story. To start off lets say that their initials are F, N, A, and me; C (C for Celia, not my real name but my alias) Those aren't their initials either but that what we'll call them. So and A and N are always making arguments over stupid things. They are really easy to fight with because they make it so you can't not talk back. So over the course of the year me and F have brought up a subject that we like and then their all like "Hey I know about that too!" (They don't) Usually N and A will argue with, "Have you actually researched that?" And then when me and F look it up to prove it, they always say "C stop bringing up the past, you need to let it go." Well, I can't. Then whenever they are right about an argument they still won't drop it. Another thing that N does is today they called me a control freak because I tried to tell them what to paint on a project that was MY idea. So me and a different friend were the unofficial leaders. (Said the teacher) I also have a 5th person who we will call L. Her "friends" will be called D, J, and S. Now this friend has been getting more and more toxic by the day. L has some problems. She’s rude, mean, selfish, and snotty. The only problem with that last sentence is that it's not true, or at least it wasn't. L was nice at the beginning of the year, but not so much now. Now, she spreads rumors, tells lies, ignores people, and is dropping her friends like flies. Except for some of her “friends” Like J, S, and D. She keeps ditching us (F, C and a T ) so that she can talk or hang out with her “friends” . They are so X ∞ annoying. We (People stated before) keep telling her that this is selfish and rude. She keeps promising that she will change, and coming up with ideas and solutions But NOTHING changes! She says that we should just tell her, but she ignores us or we can’t get her attention. She says that we should call her name, but then her “friends” look at us with wrinkled noses. They see us as pests and like we are trying to steal her away from us. Not saying that L belongs to us, but we want to talk to her and be her friend. They act like they are superior and that we don't deserve to be her friend. She is really nice whenever just me and L alone, but as soon as anyone else is there she is back to that mean version. It's like she’s trying to impress people and act cool. News flash, IT'S NOT COOL!!!!! It's rude and hurts emotions. Sometimes I wish for her “Friends” , especially J!!!! Would be the ones to SHUT UP!!!!!!! They are always acting like we don’t belong and I get that we are labeled weird but that doesn't matter. The weirder you are, the more likely you are to be interesting and kind. I keep holding my tongue and keeping secrets from L because I know one wrong word and one conversation with her “Friends" later, the whole school will know. I don’t think that I can trust L with all of my secrets because all she wants sometimes is attention, so if she can start a rumor that will give her attention, she'll blab it all. I don’t know what to do because everyday she starts getting more and more toxic. I think that F and T can also all agree. I don’t know what to do. Because if she keeps getting more stuck up then I don't think that I can be friends with her anymore. She needs to fix her attitude or else she will be left behind by everyone. She needs to think for a moment. I'm sorry this is mean, but it's all true. Sorry that was so long and kind of petty but I'm sick of being the one with no problems. N has said that "You can't be negative" what am I supposed to be than? A barbie doll? No. I'm done being a barbie doll.
