Chapter 2: Mudfoot sighed "Every time there is a fire some cat is in trouble" Lilyheart couldn't help but agree with him. "And every time we try to help one of our cats die." Rabbitwhisper added. Lilyheart knew it was true but they couldn't let this kit die. "No. We have to save this kit. We can't let it die." "Yes, but do we really want to risk the life of one of these cats" Mudfoot asked looking around at the cats around him. "Lilyheart is right we have to save this kit even if it costs us our life." Fernpaw mewed speaking up for the first time. "I agree" Rabbitwhisper added. "Well the fire is gaining on us so we better hurry up." Mudfoot said. Lilyheart nodded "Ok here is the plan..."
