Just wanted to give a quick lesson on umbrella terms, mainly gender ones. There are all sorts of terms, but sometimes, people get confused on what they mean. Transgender is an umbrella term for anyone not identifying completely as their assigned gender at birth, so anyone who is non binary, transmasc, transfem, demigender, anything varying from complete birth pronouns can be referred to as trans. Non binary is also an umbrella term. I, for example, identify as non binary, even though I use she/they pronouns. I don't like the term demi girl very much, although I may sometimes use it, non binary feels better to say, and it also fits under the umbrella. Any neopronoun users can identify as non binary, since binary is she/her and he/him. Along with that, Queer is an umbrella term for all things LGBTQIA+. Remember to be respectful and kind to everyone!
Don't forget to watch out for certain flags. There are people out there who use labels such as super straight, dream sexual, pedøphelia sexual, anime sexual, and other labels. These are NOT accepted by the LGBTQ community. They are invalid in the communities eyes. Watch out for these!
