In this Duck Hunt remake, you have to move the mouse cursor to "aim your gun" and left click on the screen to "shoot your gun" (luckily, clicking on the screen will not physically shoot it, even if you have no gun). When a duck flies away (it has to be missed 3 times for this to happen), the dog will laugh. Basically, the rules are the same as the original game, but you have to use a computer mouse or your computer's built-in mousepad (if it has one) instead of a gun/rifle peripheral. There's a bug where every time the crosshair reappears, the game over sprite (it's built in the crosshair sprite) appears at the crosshair for a tiny bit of time. I honestly can't fix it, so you must fix it for me without increasing the amount of sprites and scripts. When you remix it with the bug fix, I will turn that remix into this Scratch project, credit you and like that project.
The original project was made by Atari-Dude. This remix is a bit more accurate to the original version and uses less resources with the same functionality. The original game was released by Nintendo in 1984 in Japan, 1985 in North America and 1987 in Europe. It was later rereleased with Super Mario Bros in a single cartridge in November of 1988 with the NES Action Set and the same thing happened in December of 1988 with the NES Power Set, but the cartridge also came with World Class Track Meet on it. If you look online for a Super Mario Bros NES cartridge or a Duck Hunt NES cartridge, you might mainly find the better value Super Mario Bros with Duck Hunt cartridge (maybe the one that also has World Class Track Meet in it).
