The "shop" is where you upgrade everything. For example, you upgrade the one that says "Autoclicker 10% 10 cookies". You click the cookie 10 times (or more) and you will be able to purchase the Autoclicker 10%. That means, every 10 seconds you will get 10 extra cookies. And the 20% more, you will get 20 cookies every 9 seconds on the amount of 20 cookies, and the 30% more, you will get 30 cookies every 7 seconds for the amount of 30 cookies.
