Press "Withdrawl" and enter the amount of money. Then, get that many dollars. OR Press "Deposit " and enter the amount of money. The, lose that many dollars. Press "Reset" to reset and "Loan" to get 20 dollars from someone! Note that after pressing loan 5 times, loans are closed.
